Rios says he can make 140 and Robert Garcia says they even tested him medically to make sure. Provodnikov should fight him.

I don't get it. JMM didn't want Provo. Understandable in his situation and point in his career. But hwy didn't Provo want Rios?

Maybe he just straight up didn't want another war. (Yet?) He's taken a ton of pounding to the head in the last year or so. He's going to lose one of those, or end up with some really bad damage. (The same largely goes for Rios and Alvarado.)
