Gggs excuse for not fighting ward was he wanted to clear out the middle weight division first. I dont have a problem with ggg going for the big pay day but it the HYPOCRITES on here that will ridicule Stevenson and give ggg a pass for the same thing

How you assume Stevenson is running from Kovalev because he wants more money is beyond me. Im not sure of Stevenson really wants to fight him since he hasn't said much about him until now. But I did hear him say if the money is right he'll fight him. I don't think he's afraid of Kovalev at all. Kovalev never really has been tested. And Stevenson isn't a punching bag. In fact he's shown ridiculous improvements in his defense if you watched his last few fights. He boxed great and was rarely hit. I'd say Kovalev would be in for a long night.
stevenson asked for hbo to match showtimes offer for his next fight, hbo said ok but only if you sign to fight kov, they refused saying they want the big money and then an even bigger purse for kovalev but will not guarantee to fight kovalev
you need to read up on actually what happened, stevenson refused to fight kovalev and tried to get more money from hbo with his next bum fight, hbo called his bluff and agreed only if he fought his daddy, stevenson ran away like the ***** he was born to be

Martinez could have fought GGG but opted to fight Cotto instead.
I'll bet your ****** ass was praying for Stevens to knock him out

IF GGG has a couple of fights at 168, then moves back down to 160 or doesn't fight Ward at all, then we can call it a duck. But its speculation at this point, we don't know what will happen.

This is all worthless. I haven't seen a reason why Stevenson would want to duck Kovalev. There just isn't one. The guy can punch. So could Chavez Jr, Canelo, and Donaire. I've been impressed with Stevenson's fights. Kovalev? No. I haven't seen anything special that Kovalev does but punch. Who is he punching? And what will he do when he fights someone who can hit him but avoid being hit?
