No options, he moved up. Logical, but nobody asked for the Chavez fight at 168 lol, the fans asked for Ward. That's like if we really gave you the Khan/Mayweather fight (which we were 2 seconds away from giving you). We know GGG's not ready but, it is a duck.

My argument still stands: GGG doesn't deserve shot at Ward his first fight at the weight class.

IF GGG has a couple of fights at 168, then moves back down to 160 or doesn't fight Ward at all, then we can call it a duck. But its speculation at this point, we don't know what will happen.

I'm sure he is ready as soon as Ward agrees to fight at 160 and outside jOakland. GGG is now having an over the weight non-title fight, before going back down to hopefully get a chance to stamp his authority on boxings second most prestigerous division.

In case you haven't noticed, its tough for him to clean out the division because he can't get fights: Sturm practically paid off the WBA not to enforce a GGG fight, Geale made an excuse about not wanting to interfere with Aussie TV ratings and your cowardly hero Quillin admitted he wants nothing to do with any top fighter. Martinez could have fought GGG but opted to fight Cotto instead.

So you still haven't addressed why GGG said he wanted to clean out 160 yet is about to take a fight with Chavez Jr and not Ward. Perhaps because he seen that Chavez Jr has a following and is a lot more beatable than Ward. Hey I understand it's a business. You guys at one end are saying that Stevenson switched networks to avoid a fight. Now we all know Floyd Mayweather doesn't want to deal with Arum and as long as Pacquiao is with Top Rank the fight is pretty much virtually impossible to make. Can I say Pacquiao is ducking Mayweather since he resigned with Top Rank knowing that Mayweather refuses to deal with Arum?

So this guy resigned with Top Rank, knows that Mayweather doesn't want to deal with Arum, yet Manny calls Mayweather out to make the fight. Maybe if he was serious about the fight he would've thought about being his own boss and making the fight?

If a lightweight called a welterweight out and the welterweight fought the lightweight siting it's because the lightweight "called him out" but then while conducting an interview this same welterweight was confronted by another welterweight on camera and did not fight the confronting welterweight but fought another, lesser welterweight, would you call (that) a duck??
