It's Pacquiao who is running out of options. Mayweather could easily fill his remaining three fights after Maidana with Garcia, Khan, and somebody like Thurman.

Plenty of options at GBP/Haymon, Garcia, Thurman, Porter, Khan/Collazo winner, Matthysse, Lara, Martinez-Cotto winner(Not GBP/Haymon but not TR), Trout.

There is clearly one fighter running out options, and that is Pacquiao. He has rematches with Bradley and Marquez and he has Provodnikov and Alvarado.

Options they are, but they aren't in the direct picture bar Khan.

Garcia is just about to move to 147. His dad even said he has to build up to 47... and that they don't need to chase Mayweather.

Thurman still hasn't fought a solid fighter really. Very much doubt it would sell either.

Porter just got a title. Unknown to many tbh.

Collazo just got his name out again. Possibility but he needs to beat Khan.

Matthyse lost to Danny. Suppose by beating John Molina it can get you a May fight huh?

Lara possibly, but is Mayweather planning 54 again?

Martinez-Cotto, well I doubt he will rematch Cotto... and Martinez at 160? Doubt it.

Trout lost to Lara.

Who would May pick out of the bunch? The options are there, but none are really interesting. It is clear that it was hard to find a big name opponent hence why there were two names. Maidana and Khan in the poll. Both of whom aren't even favoured too much.

Floyd fans really are hilarious in a sad sort of way. Everybody knows Floyd is his own boss, and Floyd doesn't say yes, i want to fight. Floyd likes to give reasons for the fight not happening. Manny balked at blood testing early on, but then realized it would be better if he accepted it, which he did.
Then Floyd decided Manny doesn't deserve any PPV money, and offered Manny a ****ty offer that was going to be refused, then Floyd wouldn't bend on the no PPV split issue.

What other reasons has Floyd used. I hate Bob Arum? I don't want to walk with a limp? PEDs? I gotta go to jail? Me and Fifty broke up? BEIBER is having a rough time?

4 million isn't even an exaggeration.

This fight will get hype from almost every news, sports, and entertainment outlet on American and foreign television, as soon as it's announced.

This will get more build up and anticipation than the super bowl/NBA Finals/World Series combined.

Prov isn't a house hold name and is very beatable. The reason why he gave Bradley problems was because Bradley purposely abandoned his usual game plan to be a bit more 'crowd pleasing'.

And Marquez yet again another fight is the only logical interesting option to entertain (which I would watch) but it's getting old after 5 fights.


Golden Boy has young fresh talent and not many miles put on them if you know what I mean. Plus there are some interesting style of fighters that can trouble Pac maybe not beat em but cause fits. A fresh opponent would be good for a change.

GBP has tons of fighters, why aren't they putting on a card every other week? Where is all the promotion for the Mayweather fight that is like less than 5 weeks away? Why can't Thurman get a fight?

They don't have the budget for their stable and guys will soon start to jump ship and restore the order of things. Guerrero is already breaking away because they can't get him a fight. There will be tons of litigation due to guys trying to break their contracts with GBP. It's coming, just give it through the summer and that ship will start to sink.
