It's desperation It is Paquiao who's running out of options not to mention failing PPV numbers. Top Ranks stable is small compared to GB. GB can mix and match whatever fights they want in WW division alone for the next 3-4 years and is ever growing while Bob Arum jabs out the same recycled matches nobody cares to see with his roster shrinking. To no surprise now, I could see Cotto/Martinez outselling Pac/Bradley in numbers. If Paquiao wants the Mayweather fight he's gonna bend, sign no extension this year (which everyone should pay attention to) and give up some concessions WITHOUT Arum.
