WBC is going in the opposite direction of their previous agenda instead of as many optional defenses as you want they're just going to have mando fights only always have another one lined up.

I think they really want Wilder on that throne....they believe hes the one who could bring back the interest for heavyweight boxing in the US. Stiverne would never generate lots of interest, is not verry markatable because he cant talk and has no charisma.Last edited by Tobi.G; 03-29-2014, 07:50 PM.Comment

if stiverne wins then who knows what happens? wilder will be next & i'd be shocked if he didn't get crushed by either stiverne or arreola. if don king is in control of a belt don't think for one minute that he can't manipulate the rankings & who stiverne would fight. he might want to cash out on wlad or he could go the route of david haye in england. he will go where the money is. stiverne isn't getting any younger nor is king. as long as king is in the WBC picture i can't count out david haye as a possible opponent. king made a bundle off the 3 haye options following the valuev fight. i seen king pull too many rabbits out of a hat not to consider anything...Comment

My math comes says 2 voluntaries. I'm almost certain that Wilder will face Povetkin after DupaComment

I think there's a strong possibility too he'll still fight Povetkin, but my point was WBC cracking again... which shouldn't really be a surprise by nowComment

The only wild card looming is what if Wach upsets Povektin in their November fight? Would Povektin essentially lose his number 1 manda spot?
I admire Povetkin's boldness in selecting Wach as a stay busy fight, but it really is a big risk that he's taking.Comment

I think 3 voluntaries in a row would be pushing it. And I think Povetkin's side is going to ramp up the negotiations right after Wilder fights.
