The ********ic forces?
He throws his weight behind one dodgy oligarch to run against the other, while thugs are looting offices & houses, and throwing anyone they don't like out of their job.
Pathetic...
Klitchko proved to be a massive dissapointment, rarely coming out with any move that didn't look scripted by the Konrad Adenauer foundation (the one's who created his party) & ending up in an alliance of ****'s & oligarchs.
(and I guess we now know why Hugo Boss sponsored him for all those years - they wanted to get back in the uniform business after all that time away...)Comment

If I were Vitali, I would have done the same thing.Comment

Poroshenko has been named 'the most popular man in Ukraine'. That's pretty much the reason why...and who knows with Vitali - maybe he thinks he cannot do the job with the current level of experience he has, and the work he will have to do. Perhaps he did have some other incentive. All will be clear. What is clear though, he isn't coming back to the ring. He will likely build up his experience and knowledge, and go for the presidency in 4 years time.
Simple explanation from the horse's mouth:
"We have to nominate a single candidate representing the ********ic forces," Mr Klitschko told his UDAR (Punch) party. "This has to be a candidate who enjoys the strongest public support. Today, this candidate in my opinion is Petro Poroshenko."
They don't want Tymoshenko to get power, also.Last edited by PainfromUkraine; 03-29-2014, 02:08 PM.Comment

Injuries forced former heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko to pull out of several scheduled title fights during his career. Now, a heavy heart has forced the 42-year old to pull out of the 2015 presidential race in the Ukraine.
An announcement was made on Saturday, with reports from Reuters circulating the globe that Klitschko is removing himself from the fold. An activist against unrest in the Ukraine, the former three-time heavyweight titlist was running for the UDAR (Ukrainian Democracy Alliance for Reform) party but has since chosen to throw his weight behind new candidate Petro Poroshenko, a billionaire candy owner known as the 'Chocolate King' and often referred to as Ukraine's Willy Wonka.
Poroshenko will now run against former prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko, who announced her candidacy earlier in the week.
"The only chance of winning is to nominate one candidate from the ********ic forces," Klitschko informed the UDAR party, according to a Reuters report. [Click Here To Read More]Comment
