He was clearly ahead in the polls, and he's never lost a debate. He dominated every candidate and despite pulling out, it was the election ref that made the decision so he never even lost the presidency. He's the real president as he never actually lost it.

He was never elected, therefore, he is not the "real" president.

So how can Vitali be lineal champ when he's retired not once, but twice - thereby handing in his license and also giving up any lineage he might have had. Just like Lewis did.

Simple: Vitali earned it and never lost it. While he's active, hes the champ.

If Lewis would not have retired or retired and came back, he would be the champ again until he lost. If he stayed retired, the lineage is reset.

Klitchko proved to be a massive dissapointment, rarely coming out with any move that didn't look scripted by the Konrad Adenauer foundation (the one's who created his party) & ending up in an alliance of ****'s & oligarchs.
(and I guess we now know why Hugo Boss sponsored him for all those years - they wanted to get back in the uniform business after all that time away...)
