larry do your research. hopkins ducked kovalev. showtime aka golden boy wouldn't make the fight so kovalev fought cleverly. yet showtime/golden boy would make hopkins/murat gtfo.Comment

Kovalev actually halted negotiations with Cleverly to speak to Hopkins. They didn't agree a deal so Kovalev fought unbeaten WBO Champ Cleverly in Cardiff.
