Are you comparing the current state of both mens careers?
    Come on man!

Roy has been free falling for years and he has to travel to those places to get fights because they want to use his name.

You're comparing him to Bernard Hopkins, who not only has a hand in GBP, but is a current champion and one of Showtimes biggest draws?

Why in the hell would Hopkins do what RJJ is doing and make far less, far far less than he is now?

You're acting like RJJ is running those networks, naw he's looking for fights and getting it from foreign fighters who want to exploit his name for their resume

HOw much do you think they're paying both guys? The whole card is most likely less than 3/4 of what B-Hop will make on Showtime

Hopkins told kovalev to fight cleverly first, then when they did, they criticized him for it

Because if Kovalev chose Hopkins,Hopkins would have went out his way to make the fight so he don't lose his belt. And if that mean`t fighting on another network then so be it.Hopkins did not have a exclusive contract with Showtime, and Kovalev did not have a exclusive contract with HBO.And Hopkins said that if the IBF ordered that they have to fight then he would fight him.Its Kovalev that chose Cleverly despite being mandatory challenger to Hopkins IBF belt.I have no problem with that,my problem is the double standards from these Kovalev groupies.

What part of making significantly less on another network other than HBO/Showtime do you not understand?

Kovalev Chose Cleverly because Showtime wasn't interested....WTF? Why are you omitting that and it's been posted here numerous times.

Are you purposely omitting it and replacing it with another memory?

What's with the "us"? Are YOU one of those great American boxers? Or are you just a great American keyboard warrior?

Hopkins said that Showtime wanted no part of "Frankenstein Fight" referring to Kovalev.

                    Hopkins ducked Andre Ward too.

HBO wanted Chavez vs Ward on PPV but Ward has promotional issues with Goosen that have kept him out of the ring.

HBO went to its big cash cows:

1.Pacman vs Bradley--the second biggest fight in boxing that everyone wanted.

2.Segio vs Cotto--an excellent fight !!! Can you say WAR?

                    &

3.Chavez vs Sergio--another awesome fight that has WAR written all over it !!!

3 great fights and HELL yes I'll buy all 3.

GBP has the Floyd fight with a pretty good undercard.

Let's get ready for some excellent cards & enjoy !!!
