Mayweather is juiced to the gills. Him pretending to not know what TRT is was a dead give away. Come on, there is a TV commercial on for TRT everyday for the last 3 years plus he's a 37 year old athlete who hangs with a bunch of bodybuilders. The only way he could never here of TRT is if he lived in isolation for the last 5 years.

Personally I think it's irrational to think that doping isn't widespread in boxing. You have the holy trilogy of obvious performance benefits, major incentives (given the economic consequences of winning or losing big fights), and little or no chance of getting caught. It would be far stranger if boxers weren't doping.

There are some red flags for both guys, especially the Pacquiao camp's well documented hesitation over non-commission testing. But it all falls well short of a solid case in either instance.

But Team Pacquaio did balk at testing. Floyd's original proposal was NO CUT OFF. Team Pacquaio wanted a 21-day or so cut off, Team Floyd threw in a 14-day cut-off window as a nice gesture in compromising considering he didn't have to do that. That was REJECTED by Team Pacquaio.
First round, the blame is on Team Pacquaio. Afterwards, you can totally feel free to blame Floyd for the fight not happening. That's calling a spade a spade.
