His head is discernibly bigger! i.e. he looks like a sketched-out caricature.

My buddy told me one of the symptoms of using steroids is a bloated face/head. He said there's an herbal supplement to combat it. Floyd forgot to take his herbs and cover up the symptoms. He must be juicing hard if the herbal thing isn't working. Holy ****!
