Did anyone else have Solis winning the fight?
Did Anyone Else Think Solis Beat Thompson?

I'm not unique if one of the judges scored it for Solis too, and by the same margin, I should add.
Unfortunately, you are not a unique individual: there are plenty of a*sholes in the world.
Let it go? That was my first post on the issue. Besides, this is a boxing forum, where boxing is discussed. Many other close fights have been discussed (Marquez vs Pacquiao, Canelo vs Trout, Garcia vs Herrera, etc.) I don't see why this fight should be an exception.
I'm not claiming it was a robbery, but the judges themselves must have thought it was close to score it the way they did. I scored it for Solis because of the countless clean blows he landed. It would be a shame for Solis to retire because of a fight he wasn't even convincingly beaten in. It's also a shame that we're going to have another instalment of Wlad vs Thompson. I can't imagine too many are rubbing their hands in anticipation of that.Comment

Thompson won.
I had it 117-111, giving one close round to each boxer. The closest I could have scored it is 116-112 Thompson, giving both close rounds to Solis.
Solis was too inactive, Thompson landed a lot more.
At the end of the fight, Solis' face was badly bruised, Thompson's face was virtually unmarked.Comment

Thompson was the clear winner 116-112
Solis is just another guy that never lived up to expectations like Michael grant, j.c. Gomez,Comment

Solis won.
I had my card at 7 rounds to 5 for Solis and to answer an earlier post I had Solis up 3 - 1 after four (1st round to Thompson).
All I saw Thompson do was push out the laziest arm-punch jab over and over which was blocked by the gloves 99 percent of the time. I gave him the rounds where Solis did absolutely nothing.
Definitely a frustrating night for Solis, but he should have gotten the win. This does however, prove in my eyes that he wouldn't beat Wlad, as TT proved that a tall fighter with a consistent jab can keep Solis off them.Comment

No, but he pulled closer than I thought he would. I gave him 3 of the last 4 rounds, whatever that's worth. Still, I finished with TT by 2 rounds.Comment
