Matthysse would have been in the running had he not lost to Danny Garcia. Just like Garcia got a lot of mentions as a possible Floyd opponent after that fight.

Thurman really only broke onto the scene in the last year but at the pace he's going he could be an option for Floyd by May 5 of next year.

Either way, there are plenty of attractive matchups in that list for Pacquiao which is the main point. Don't tell me that you would rather see him remain on the recycled fights merry-go-round instead?

You know what would happen if Pacquiao left Top Rank? He would fight fucking Khan or Guerrero. He's not getting anywhere near Matthysse or Thurman just like Mayweather isn't. At the moment at least, those fights are just fantasy even if he were with Haymon. Those fights aren't magically going to happen just because they share the same manager. Maybe he'd fight Garcia, but after his last fight, I would much rather see a Pac vs Provo fight. I really have no interest in the boring Bradley rematch, but I seem to be a minority. I would love the 5th Marquez fight though.
