Khan got out boxed by Peterson. Peterson was no physical superman monster in the ring regardles of the testosterone. You can't just wipe out and explain Khan's shoddy performance where he showed he had no infighting ability and inability to handle pressure and pretend it never happened down to Peterson being on testosterone.
The lucky punch line is a myth also. Boxers throw punches ,there are 12 3 minute rounds there is a lot of time for punches to land and Khan is wide open to be hit.Punches inevitably are going to land so please stop this ridiculous lucky punch line myth it insults everyone's inteligence.
Right now it is hard to see where Khan is at because he has been inactive but the Khan that fought Diaz loses to Collazo. We have not seen him at WW,the back to back losses to Peterson and Garcia must have done quite a lot of mental damage and effected his confidence and the waiting for Mayweather and getting rejected for that fight can't have done him any good. There are a lot of ??? about Khan right now with his best performances being a long long time ago. The best Khan of long ago can beat Collazo but is still vulnerable to get sparked out, I suspect his best days are behind him but we need to see how he does in his next fight to really see where he is at.

Amir Khan was once the leading fighter at light welter and has fought everyone he was supposed to, no ducking and diving yet he does get a lot of disrespect. I've met him on a number of occasions and know his family very well too, he is a lovely young man who is dedicated to the sport. He has had lapses in the past, as do many young athletes with immense fame and fortune, he deserves break from so much of the hate directed at him.

In terms of the Collazo fight, I think it is all wrong for Amir, a full grown, hard hitting welter with tonnes of experience. I'm not sure if Khan will be able to handle him, maybe he should have held out for a Broner fight? Golden Boy have terrible match making ability.

Khan should fight guerrero instead tho, because it will give him a chance to see if he is ready to step in the ring with floyd based on his performance. Collazo has a great story for boxing fans to follow but I believe this guy is a little overhyped.
collazo is one of the most underrated fighters in the sport and has been for several years. he may be past his prime, i will give you that. he has beena round for a long time, been very inactive lately and we didnt really see that much against ortiz who indeed isnt much of a threat to anyone.

collazo is class though, a class above khan as far as im concerned. i thought he beat hatton and his fight with berto could have gon eithet way. he clearly lost to shane, but shane still had some sugar in him at the time, same mosley flatlines khan.

this guy is good, seldom got the chances he deserved and when he did was unfortunate on the cards. i think he beats khan, but its a tough fight to call. guerrero definitely beats khan, knocks him out for sure.

I respect collazo and he deserves a good payday vs khan but gurrero will get outboxed by khan , gurrero beat berto to get may fight, khan has fought better opposition... Most ppl tend to overlook khans resume...

guerrero beat berto to prove he was legit at 147, he earned the mayweather fight at the lower weights winning multiple titles against good opposition. berto is better than he gets credit for as well, he was very overrated back wehn he was champion, after he fell of people are got out of hand with how bad he supposedly is.

im not overlooking khans resume, but im also not overlooking his flaws. he cant fight on the inside to save his life, has a weak chin and poor defense. guerrero will apply crazy pressure on him and khan doesnt know how to control people without using up tremendous amounts of energy then taking breaks on the inside where he is just a bleeding punching bag.

its not as easy to outbox guerrero as floyd made it seem, the guy can box himself and e can fight. i think he would beat khan down and take him out.

Khan will outbox him for 12 rounds, if he fights smart and gurrero is a very limited fighter he just brawls. Khan has the handspeed and footwork to outdo gurrero.. This fight would be an easier fight for khan then a collazo but i believe he beats both.. We just have to wait and see.
