All the fighters who sign with him are promoted by promotional companies. So the Ghost who was already offered very good fights then decided to turn down those fights, attempted to sue GBP and obviously should fire his lawyer. Now the Ghost STill promoted by GBP, is being advised by Al Haymon whos going to advise the ghost to take those fights that were already offered to him by GBP. so it all works out in the end I guess, meanwhile Haymon gets another few million. lmao hes a genius.

Showtime is supposed to make truckloads of money from Mayweather fights. But they have to spend astronomical sums to promote his fights, then support him with strong undercards, which cost another extra millions. Not to mention Floyd's $50+ million. Bottom line is fights between "stars" are extremely hard to make these days.
Schaefer/Haymon will eventually ruin boxing. Fighters want to get paid more and fight less. Guerrero, Matthysse, Khan, etc., have been on a long layoff.Last edited by al-Xander; 03-22-2014, 06:27 AM.
