If Rios can make 140 then I'm the f'n Easter Bunny. Rios could barely make WW for Pac fight. He walks around at 170 lbs and isn't the most motivated fighter. He is talented and has a fun style to watch.I'm a fan but his days at under 147 are long gone.

I think this is true. They want an easy opponent before securing a big money fight with Pacquiao in the Autumn/Fall. Imo Team Provo don't want a war with Rios.

Very simply..history.

Rios has a habit of deliberately missing weight,big time to gain an advantage over guys who walk around at 150 range and fight at 140.

Provo is the champ now at 14o lbs.

Rios has to come to him,not the other way around.

I want this fight,believe me man...but Rios has to take his career seriously.

He was FAT vs Pacman and used diuretics to try to make weight.

He lost his belt at the scales vs Murray at LW after he "promised to easily make weight."

He missed 135 vs Murray and 147 vs Pac...hmmm
