Yeah, I don't get the choices of next opponents for Provo except caution. Demarco has apparently moved up to JWW. Can he bring his power up 2 weight classes? Algieri has 19 pro fights, which is not much less than Provo's 25. He only has 8 KOs. Since he just became champion, Provo's probably feeling out How he holds up against good but not monster fighters. If he did call out Rios, Roach probably found out after the fact and said "Whoa, you're not ready for Rios yet."

I'm so tired of people making these other guys seem like the most avoided fighters in the game eg. (Provodnikov, GGG) when there are credible and dangerous opponents calling both them out. Rios would hurt the kid, never took a step back and never ducks anyone. True WarriorComment

I'll put it like this: If Provo did take a chance on signing to fight Rios, Brandon would probably come in overweight. This would back Provo and his team into a corner where they would either have to call the fight, or agree to fight Rios at a heavier weight for a penalty and no title. This would be advantageous to Rios of course, because he would then bring his power, which is dangerous.Comment

Rios would have a decent chans in this one. If he isnt ruined after all the headshots. No way he makes 140 anyway. Rios isnt an atlete, he parties to much and has no disipline it seems.Comment
