Russell shouldn't take the fight for the mere fact that this Loma peice of crap hasn't earned it. Loma needs to get in line and rack up some impressive wins to earn a legitimate shot at a world title. Real fans and those who love the sport would not be in favor of this blantant disrespect of the sweet science. This is why Salido did what he did to send a message to these greedy, slimy and corrupted sanctioning bodies and promoters.

If Russell thinks he can win, there is no reason for him to not to take the fight.

He deserves every bit of it. He's an over-hyped fraudulent fighter who has made a career out of beating sparring partners. Lomachenko has done more in his two fights than Russell has done in his entire professional career.

If Russell doesn't take this fight, it's time for him to go back to the ****** for a career change. I don't believe Russell has the stones for this challenge.

Loma has had two fights, I may not be big on a fighter resume being stacked when being turned into a champ but two fights doesn't warrant ring iq no matter the weak quality of 20+ fighters. A rum has knocked lomas career down a steep hill and if this fight occurs, it's a cliff with the bottom being the end of a career.

No matter the quality of opponents, Russell is a man not to be down played.

i am here to tell you that i am willing to bet all of my points on russell if this fight is actually made (I've been studying lomachenko since his fights in wsb) I honestly don't think the fight will be competitive at all..........i think salido would give russell a tougher fight vs lomachenko. lomachenko fights too much like an amateur to be competitive with russell......thats the perfect style match to destroy him as a fighter. (make a sticky of this comment because i will certainly put up my bets)
