He did far better than anticipated and Stiverne was a bit disappointing.
Deontay showed good technical skills and proved his critics have been exaggerating his weaknesses.

And yes, Stiverne was lethargic and slow.

        2nd round... maybe?

Wlad is just too damn big. Hes actually 10 lbs heavier than Stiverne, except thats all hard, lean muscle mass. Deontay doesnt have the skill to overcome that disadvantage. I doubt Deontay could beat Haye at this point.

You see, Wlad "looks" slim because of his long height. But if you examine closel,y his ARMs are just as massive as his husky opponents! Hes built like the HULK now and probably unbeatable. Not saying hes on something, but the guy has as spectacular a physique as Ive ever seen in boxing.

          Deontay would Die.

            Wilder by early KO

I just don't see Vladi being able to take Wilders punches. As soon as Wilder lands that sledgehammer of a right hand it's goodnight Vladi. Also, many people are not giving Wilder much of a chance, but he will be a live opponent. Klitscko hasn't faught anyone with a pulse in about 10 years, it's easy to look great against fighters (8 inches shorter than you) that stand in front of you with no head movement. This is all of course 1 man's opinion I just hope it's a good fight.

I can see the WBC being defended only against mostly US fighters on home soil.

I hope that isn't the case. I hope he will travel to Germany for unification with Wlad at some stage soon. I just know that it would be in Wilders, US nationally and fans of both for that unification never to happen.

Wilder could make some big bucks taking more lax defences at home and even of he loses it, it still remains in US control.

If he fights Wlad, it all comes to an end there and then for him and all titles then belong overseas once again.

Another factor is they might make a demand that Wlad fights in the US for it, which will be the excuse not to fight for him.

We could now possibly see a Western championship and an Eastern one split, that would be bad!

I think wlads right hand is alot heavier than wilder's and he also has the much more pwerful left hook. there's no way in hell stiverne would have taken even half the right hands he took from wilder if that was wlad in there imo. i think its wilder that would crumble first

wilder hits harder than wlad, the only way wlad stops stiverne is with his trademark clinching where he'd wear him down enough that once he'd fallen, he'd be unable to get up due to fatigue
