several months maybe, I don't know, I only go for muscle failiure when someone is over at my pad and I am showing off, I do sets of 10, how many sets, depends, but I do them every day, no less than 30, I try and stay in fighting shape 24/7.

It has nothing to do with it sounding like a gauntlet, it has everything to do with people seriously underestimating larryx and his boxing knowledge, he is about to handle people, just wait and see.

Of course its all in good fun but a good heated boxing debate is good fun imo.

What do you guys think if we start this in 30 minutes??

Tonight is the special Fight Night show that will be done for every big / significant card (like we know most take place during Saturdays).

We will talk about tonight's fights and of course we'll have time to kick it as well with Larry calling in and whatnot lol.

NEXT SHOW will be TUESDAY @ 8PM EST. And it will be on every Tuesday at that hour from now on. On Tuesday we discuss the weekend fights and what's ahead, and such and such.

I can be on in 30 though I dont know how many ppl will join us, Tuesday mights will be hit or miss for me though.

Jas brought up some good suggestions. I will make the points clear at the beginning. I have come up with a few sections as well... Spam Jas which is a section where Jas will have a space in the show to bring up any topic of his choice regarding boxing in a 10 minute period. He will spam away with anything that's on his head. Bareknuckle with LoadedWraps, a section for Loaded to lay the smackdown on something that might bother him/irritate him.

And Serious Business... one section for me to bring up an important / serious subject that I think needs attention.

Something important for people to do is to let people finish their thoughts and for those who are sharing their thoughts to take their time but also be aware that others should be given time to speak.

Normal topic discussion remains and the open format of letting anyone call in BUT everyone has to respect the rule of letting others finish and those speaking to not monopolize the conversation and let others speak as well.
