How do you reckon prime Hatton would do in today's 140lbs division?

The division's not that deep, is it?
Am I just not seeing it? Where are the trouser snake references from the one with all scrotum and no dink? Did someone hijack anoraks account?

What the hell was Ricky thinking? He would have been better off having Buddy McGirt training him

I never really got that from a psychological stand point.

"Hi Ricky, I'll help you in your career. Oh, you remember the only guy who ever beat you, who KYTFO? Well, I've got his name and his ****ing FACE. Don't let that distract you."

He was funny though, wasn't he?

I don't think Hatton's resume post-Maussa was that bad. It wasn't STELLAR, sure, but it contained enough to give us an idea how he'd do today.

Wow, an Anorak thread about actual boxing!! I was certain that this thread was some verbose story about how the Hatton bummed the TS...in a mauling pitbull kind of way

It's very NSBish though, innit? I might do a fight write up and post that.

A prime Hatton would be champ I think. Or thereabouts.

The 140 division was much deeper 3-4 years ago, than it is today.

the only reason that it's not as deep today is one, garcia.

he cleaned the mf'er out, homes.

garcia / hatton would be good. i like hatton's pressure and clinching but i also like garcias inside countering, toss up.
