What medal did Floyd Mayweather jr win? Olympic medal success is not a valid argument as to if a fighter is good or not as a pro. Two different sports.

Stiverne shouldn't even be forced to fight a rematch with a GBP promoted fighter, in Mexico, with Wilder waiting in the background. It's for the title doe! Arreola is the man but there is no need for this rematch because we could easily be having Wilder-Arreola right now. This is one time where I'm glad Don King is involved

oh and Stiverne via KO over Wilder

        Isn't Arreola promoted by Goosen?

lol honestly i really dont now..for some reason I thought he was gbp now, or Haymon. Forgive me I am still a little upset after Saturday's fight. I had liked Wilder's path up until now, but now I have a bad taste

He might be with GBP right now, I know he was with Goosen but that could have changed and I am unaware. I think he has been with Haymon for a while though.

As for Saturday that is pretty much on Scott whether he did actually get hurt, or he just said uncle, or if it was something else (which is really unlikely).

That is what I remembered him being, but he is not high on my list of guys I keep close tabs on so I couldn't say with certainty.

Yeah it was on Scott. Wasn't even that surprising, but it still left me upset. Here is what I wrote before the fight lol:

Going with a similar type of WTF stoppage as the Chisora fight, but with no shady ref

got too optimistic as the fight got closer. The crowd turned on him, hate to see that. Anyway, I think next time it has to be someone who the public knows will give it his all and I wish it could be ARreola now. but Stiverne of course wants his overdue title shot, so he's gotta take on whoever they ordered - just so happens to be Arreola. Wilder just so happens to be in the wings. I was just saying that if King wasn't there, I imagine forces would be seriously working against him. So he'll get some money i guess

as far as the actual fights: I do like Stiverne..I think he could beat Wilder that wasn't a sour g****s pick.
