Mayweather it's not even close... Bradley beat a guy who could have been retired. Mayweather came back and treated JMM like a tuneup scrub. The same JMM who was terrorizing "prime" Pac. Bradley didnt exactly win by some wide margin either...

I like Bradley and it's not a discredit to him to say Marquez is old because Warquez IS old.

Bradley's win was better. Floyd's win was terrible. I really don't even count it as a good win. Floyd fought a lightweight. Period. No matter how you look at it and he cheated Marquez on the scales.

Bradley fought the proven welterweight version coming of a career best win. I really don't see how there can be a comparison favoring Floyd.

I don't know how much weight was a factor.I think Marquez has a bit better power and punch resistance at 147 now but his speed, footwork, and reflexes are not as sharp as they were in the past. To me this difference nullifies the weight issues.

I disagree with what Floyd did in bringing up a lightweight Marquez to fight him. Still a blown up Marquez is still one hell of a fighter. Remember, Marquez was Floyd's tune up/come back fight... I am glad the fight happened though. We at least got to see them go at it.

Floyd shut Marquez's offense fully out. I think Marquez landed in single digits per round. It was truly a masterpiece, and it included the knock down.

Bradley won a decently competitive fight.Marquez had his moments in the fight as well. In my opinion many of the rounds were not won by large margins. Bradley's work rate with his superior athleticism made the slight difference. Marquez with a slightly different game plan stands a chance of winning. While Marquez in my opinion never beats Floyd.

I am a fan of all three fighters.

floyd literally fought a lightweight marquez

marquez had no where near the strength required to be in that fight, had that marquez fought welterweight pacquiao, a straigth left would be far too heavy for him not to get ko'd

Aside from Mayweather doing Marquez dirty on the weight scales, he still had a better win over Marquez because it was pretty much a shutout. The one good round Marquez had (or was HAVING) he ended up getting dropped in.

Bradley had the better fight though, at least entertainment wise. It was more intense and had better action better back and fourth action at least, and was actually an even fight.

            Had Marquez beating Bradley though.

Mayweather coming off a 18 month lay off shut out Marquez.

4 years later Bradley won a close fight with Marqeuz.

Floyd beat Juan after a 18 month layoff and used him as a tune up and shut him out

Bradley won a very close fight with a 40 year old Jmm...how is this even up for debate?

lol, this is a very good question. floyd fought the better, albeit smaller, version. truth is, jmm is stil a small ww, and hes pretty much done as a top fighter now. floyd absolutely dominated a p4p powerhouse after an 18 month layoff. and sure, he was the bigger man, but truthfully, floyd didnt even use his size in that fight. he boxed him and countered him all night.

To the people saying Marquez lost a very close fight to Bradley, were you all watching with a blindfold? Marquez got schooled, and make to look like an amateur against Bradley.
