Miguel Vasquez isn't a puncher at all. He beat Gesta every second of every round and didn't leave a mark on his face.

Yea probably, that's why guys like Floyd respect him so much. He's made a whole lot out of the little bit he's been given. Much respect to Paulie.

No, over the long history of boxing many light hitters have won titles and some of them probably had even less power pound for pound than Paulie. Willy Pastrano and Maxim were light punching 175 pound champs and Cris Byrd was a soft punching heavyweight but there have been others with even less power. The lightweight champ Vasquez is a very light puncher and I am sure there are some other champs I don't know about with even less power. Paulie was a very light punching champ but I am sure he wasn't the lightest punching champ of all time.

Cory Spinks. And he was a legit lineal/undisputed champion and not just a "title holder".
