    Slapsie Maxie takes the cake.

Harry Greb is probably the fighter who's highest in the all-time p4p stakes relative to his power.

Dunno if you could say most featherfisted, its kind of hard to judge that category..

There's been plenty tho down the years from Maxi Rosenbloom, would have to be ahead of Paulie though for sheer number of fights he had compared to KO ratio!

Slapsie Maxie is defenitely on the list. But don´t forget Niccolino Loche, 117 wins with 14 KOs (10.29%) or Jack Britton, 344 fights, 240 wins with 30 KOs (8.72%). Slapsie Maxies KO percentage was 6.38% in 290 fights. Maxie got KO´d twice in 290 fights, Britton got KO´d once in 344 fights. That was a 1st round KO in just his third fight. After that he wasnt stopped in 341 fights. That´s pretty ok.

Tommy Loughran, Miguel Canto and Billy Conn were also fighters that couldn´t punch their way out of a wet paper bag.

As mentioned, Harry Greb has the lowest percentage of those higher up on the ATG list. 48 KO´s in 299 fights. On my ATG list, Greb is #3.

Amazing what he's achieved given the total lack of power.

If his fights were reffed like Calzaghe's then Paulie would be Julian Jackson.

Juan Diaz isn't feather fisted, and doesn't belong anywhere near this thread. He's not a huge puncher, but he definitely earns his opponents respect and he has a good amount of KDs and KOs under his belt. Ivan Calderon had zero power, and won with only skill. Paulie Malignaggi and Carlos Molina fit the description of feather fisted fighters of today.
