Eastman is the biggest fighter and puncher that B-Hops faced in a while.Eastman will give Hopkins a tougher fight than many people expect.I think Hopkins gets floored in this fight but rallies in the Championship rounds to win a close decision.

What makes you think this? Echols was certainly bigger than Eastman and was a bigger puncher and Hop shut him down. I don't think that anyone 168 and below could floor Hop. He has an excellent chin and fights in a way that doesn't expose him to much danger. I believe Eastman will be Hopkins first live opponent in a while but I don't expect Howard to win more than 4 rounds tops.

Hopkins AGE and Eastman is a hungry fighter.

I still pick Hopkins to win but expect Eastman to be a tougher opponent than Hopkins previous opponents(DLH,Allen,Hakkar LMAO!).

Eastman is tough, fast, and has a great chin. He will give Hopkins hell of a fight but lose the descion.

If eastman tries to bull Hopkins and try to muscle him up inside, i don't think it'll work, hopkins will just jab and dodge like in the trinidad fight

                  Bernard Hopkins 45-2-1(32):
There are faster boxers and bigger punchers, but none can match Bernard's arsenal of defensive and offensive skills and versatility. He can jab and move from long distance or maul and crowd you up close. The 6'1 Middle Weight champion is amazingly strong and takes a good punch.

                  Howard Eastman 40-1-(34):
Physically strong fighter. A lot stronger than he looks. He is a hard and accurate puncher. He has a good jab, a strong cross, strong uppercut, pretty good defense and a VERY good chin.

My Prediction: Both of these guys can take a good punch. Eastman is a slow starter who sometimes shows a lack of urgency like in his loss against Joppy. In my opinion Bernard has superior boxing skills than Eastman and is able to fight on the outside as well as on the inside exceptionally well so Eastman will have nowhere to hide. Since Eastman can take a good punch,it's unlikely that Bernard will knock him out. BUT it is very possible that Bernard may stop him in the later rounds like he did in the technical beatdown he gave Tito...BUT I'm leaning more on a SEVERE 12 round technical beating like the one he gave Joppy. Bernard Hopkins W12 by UD

*Feel free to give your opinion*
Interesting going out on a limb, Eastman to end a fantastic career of one of the greatest boxers of a generation, only my opinion.

SAME POST AS I PUT IN OPINION CENTRAL BUT PRETTY RELEVAT SO THOUGHT I WOULD POST IT HERE AGAIN.

much as id love Howard to beat Nard, I cant see it. (Nard is my fave fighter at present but I back the brits when it comes to it you just have to go for country hey! (well unless it was Naz i hated that arrogant nuisance and shouted for Barrera).
Howard has a tendancy to want to fight at his own pace and Nard wont let him do that. I agree with whomever said go to the body, but Howard is going to have to up his work rate tremendously to the likes we havent seen him do before. No showboating do the biznizz.

One thing Nard wont be able to do to Howard is bully him in the ring, Howard will have the physical advantages going in, he is a monster at middle, more a super middle these days to be honest. If howard can lean hard on Nard in the clinches and use his superior size then it may get interesting later in the fight.

Both men have fantastic whiskers (no pun intended) in fact two of the best chins in boxing today, so expect a decision verdict, for my money Nard just has too mucb nouse and too much gas and workate and takes a wide UD.

Id be delighted to be proved wrong though.
                    GOOD LUCK HOWARD

if theres gonna be a stoppage, it'll be eastman in the late rounds. I dont think he's technically good enough to beat hopkins, but he's got the reach/height advantage, and probably a bit of power on hopkins as well.
It'll be either a late stoppage in favour of eastman or a decision for Nard.
