Herrera's punches are harder than Malignaggi's and his defense is better. Yes his stick and move style would give Garcia a lot of problems, but he gets sloppy defensively, he could get caught down the stretch.

I think Garcia and Malinaggi will fight in the not too distant future and Garcia would probably end up knocking out Paulie.

Paulie is a Freddy Feather fist he has a very low KO percentage so beating the tar out of Garcia isn't going to happen I see Garcia walking right through Malinaggi and knocking paulie out it would be a similar fight as the Zab Judah fight except Malinaggi has no power just fast movement.
