Who WON: Mauricio Herrera OR Danny Garcia? (POLL)

3 things that are obvious to me:

1) Danny did not land 150 power punches. F that. I saw the fight. Very rarely did he land flush on Herrera. In fact, all those punches that the announcers and the crowed would get excited about, in replays Paulie would notice that Herrera would slipped them.

2) This is the third time that Danny starts hitting low when in trouble. HE IS A DIRTY FIGHTER. Enough said about that. The vicious shots he landed on Lucas were no accident.

3) Herrera pressing Danny just sealed it for me. He was the aggressor. I thought that gives you the bonus points. He left him a mess even with pillow punching.

I was laughing when his "power shots" were producing oooos and aaaaa

many of Herrera's clever jumping, hook-dodging jabs whipped Danny's head back way more than any of Danny's so called power punches.

i wouldn't doubt it... i think something like 20 power punches apparently landed for danny in round 1. I was like

Garcia got a boxing lesson. Watched the fight with a room full of people and everyone saw the same thing. Herrera won. Zero doubt.

Herrera looked much better than expected but that doesnt mean he won the fight, he didnt have much snap on his shots, and was missing a lot of punches too.

Danny scored the most visible shots and his did move herrera... many guys should re watch it.

I am mexican and i do think Danny won, it was close but not i agree with the judges this time.

Also ... Open scoring sucks ! please sanctioning bodys stop doing that crap !

Very close fight, I think a draw would have made sense but two scores of 116-112 were rubbish. Those judges seemed to have been watching another fight altogether.
