and he didn't throw or land nearly enough of those jabs that he would need to offset the number of powershots garcia was landing in return, esspcially not enough to take the rounds clearly enough to have people screaming robbery

so the only thing that's actually happening here, is peoples "high" on herrera's unexpected performance, the underdog syndrome
Herrera didn't have any damage until the end of the fight, mean while those non power jabs were bloodying up Garcia

Anybody with eyes saw herrera control that fight. He had great defense and he busted danny's ass up. Controlled the whole damn fight. Only rounds garcia won is when herrera chose to get rest by standing on the ropes. Dominated

this never happened, i think the only time herrera was up against the rope for a good stretch was somewhere late and only in one rd, the 11th i think, and herrera won that round in my card

Garcia overrated can easily be baet by someone who uses a jab. LM was successful when he used his jab, but decided not to use it consistently when he fought Garcia.

Garcia is the most flatfooted fighter I have ever seen. His defense is weak, he is slow and plodding. He would be devoured at welterweight. His excuse about his weight being the problem in the fight is pathetic. He has made it pretty clear until tonight that he does not want to move up in weight. He came in at 139lbs, did not have to lose any weight at the weigh-in like fighters who usually have trouble making weight nor did he gain a tremendous amount of weight the day of the fight. He has never complained about weight problems. He has been trying to avoid fighting good fighters for 2 yrs. Now his new evasion is moving to 147. He was forced to fight LM and LM blew that fight. He wants to spend his career fighting over the hill fighters like Morales and Judah. Both of whom almost beat him, Morales in the 1st fight. His most impressive win is against LM, which was a competitive fight, whom he refuses to give a rematch. Instead he chooses to fight Herrera who he thought was gonna be a cake walk. He would not even give Khan a rematch. He wants to stay at 140 fighting old fighters or nobodies and he wants to make millions in doing so. Hell everyone wants Mayweather, but when asked if he wants a fight with FM, he avoids the question. He is the only fighter alive that does not want a fight with FM. That says it all. Hell he does not even call out Manny Pacquiao
            Very true and well said.

              Another fixed fight

Do njot report boxing stats cuz those are just as rigged as the judges. Garcia didnt land anything and he did not have any power. Herrara was the clear winner. At least give him a draw in that situation.

I'm a Philly native and a fan of Danny Garcia he proved to me he is a really good fighter when he was able to neutralize matthysee but to say he won last night was wrong it was a close fight but Herrera was the buisier he was the aggressor he landed more jabs and power punches what more can you do? But everyone seen that desicion coming...smells like hometown cooking to me.

That's because Matthyssee got his ass whooped.

Hererra on the other hand, you know, actually beat Danny

Danny Garcia got exposed as a basic, flat footed-non-naturally gifted boxer who has a good chin and decent power from his wide, looping-Deontay Wilder hooks.

He would probably be a better street fighter or something. Lol
