Im not really a Garcia follower, but i do know the man gets alot of hate here because of his father. once a close ass fight like this one comes up, the bias against him comes faster than a ******.

I can't believe Garcia beat Matthessy and then got beat up by Herrera. Garcia was never able to figure out Herreras awkward style, Garcia was getting busted up all fight.

What a farce! What a mother loving farce...it was so bad even Showtime's analysts were throwing the judges under the bus from early on. If Garcia won 5 rounds at best and that's a big "IF" then that's as far as you can go in judging the score. 8 to 4? For garcia? No way..yeah let's remember this next time folks want to paint GBP as angels while trashing Arum..boxing is so horrible right now betting on it makes no sense at all.I'm gearing up for another situation in April possibly one in May (one of the undercards at least) and perhaps another in June.

Listen I don't care who Danny Garcia has beaten, I've never been fully sold that he's some dominate champion who will rule for a while. He better stay at 140, because if he goes to '47, he's in trouble. He can't beat Provo at '40 or '47, he can't beat Porter, he can't beat Maidana, and would get carved up by Pacquiao. That doesn't leave much else.

I c everybody talkin down on the CHAMP is either mentioning something about race, r khan fans, or just straight rookies to boxing. It was a good fight. Herrera however didn't win. Punches landed were close but the CHAMP clearly landed the more meaningful punches throughout the whole fight. Won't b surprised if the Garcia family ask for the rematch just to shut all u birds up AGAIN....... AND STILL!!!!!

been reading stuff like "but garcia landed the harder blows!" did he? his face looked like **** after the fight. herrera surely wasn't throwing pitty-pat punches. he was never phased by any of danny's punches and it was actually danny doing much of the retreating. i think it was round 10 or something, it looked really bad for garcia. he was caught with 3 punches in a row as he was backing up with a bloody nose. round 12 looked pretty bad too.
