actually the offer was another roadblock from fraud jr. fraud jr knew from the get go that pac will not accept a fight with no cut from ppv.

Putting his bitterness to the side, what he is saying is the truth. Rarely in negotiations do two individuals automatically come to an agreement. When he was offered 40 million, he had the option of making a return offer, but he chose to walk way.

Remember Pac offered him 45-45 and the 10% goes to the winner? Unlike the lame $40m he offered to Pac vs when he can easily take $100m or more.
