the thing you pm'ed me was the funniest BS i ever read. liston got his ass kicked, plain and simple in the first fight. it's obvious he was trying his best.

Bollocks !! You're obviously too young to actually "know" what you were reading. I layed it out on the line, and I was right no matter what anyone says.

Just think about it. NO ONE wanted to fight Liston, yet Ali's 'biggest' wins and Liston's worst losses were against an arm puncher?

Popo Freitas quit only 6 seconds before the "over" bet would have gone thru (10.5 rds) in his fight with Chico Corrales, not as blatant as the Campas fix but pretty sketchy either way

              got any others???
I never thought about that....you could be on to something here...

liston was throwing some fast jabs in that fight. it's just that clay was a bit faster. you don't know what you're talking about.

I agree with you because Kosta was resting between round and threw the towel. He didnt even seemed sad too about it. The where nearly next to each other in points and Kosta have a chance of winning.

Other fights could be Nassem and Regio ( Arg.) both where unbeaten but and Nassem was controling over the round but Nassem said he going to KO him in the 2nd round something like that.

Nassem could have won but not like what he said.

so ruiz hold and grabbed and hugged for all of his following fights to make sure everyone bought it was a fix?
