I don't see how it's debatable, Canelo's punches literally pushed Floyd where as Cotto's power didn't even phase Mayweather.

Shane Mosley told reporters Canelo hit on par with Mayweather.
There has to be a shred of footage floating around somewhere where Shane assesses Cotto's punching power. I think there was after the Margarito fight..
