Funny I saw a sechback vid ester day with rios Garcia ariza. And they were **** talking fat dan cause he said the same thing. They were making fun of his weight I wonder what they'll say about this

Arum ruins another great fight for boxing fans. Rios has been adamant that he can make 140, if he cant then penalize his purse. Simple.

Purse fee plus rehydration limit like others have said. Rios wouldn't give a **** about a weak fine that he'd be slapped with. The way to really penalize Rios would be to limit rehydration. Want to cut massive amounts of weight and come in with a huge weight advantage? Suffer a rehydration penalty - should be mandatory.
