If Floyd did what Canelo did to Lara, you would say Floyd is ducking Lara.

    The lineage goes like this;

    Trinidad beats de la Hoya then vacates.

    Mosely beats de la Hoya to establish a new lineage. Forrest beats Mosley. Mayorga beats Forrest. Spinks beats Mayorga. Judah beats Spinks. Baldomir beats Judah. Mayweather beats Boldomir.

    Mayweather vacates, which is where the title is now.

    Calling that lineage the "worst ever" only proves that YDKSAB...
    The sequence of Mayorga to Spinks to Judah to Baldomir is literally one of the worst I've ever seen.

        no one knows for sure but if we look at historical evidence mexicans sell much better than dust salesman from argentina. yet floyd only cares about money right? guess not. he also turned down 8 mill only to accept the same 8 mill 2 months later. why was 8 mil good enough to fight baldomir but not margarito? oh yea baldomir sucks thats right. floyd fans are great when they say "floyd would have fought marg....then they rattle off a list of insane impossible demands like a 20 mill guarantee to fight hoya. yeah that was never happening. he only got 10 when he did fight hoya.

          Mayweather was being screwed into signing an extension for Top Rank in order to fight Margarito, he declined the fight knowing the Delahoya fight was on the horizon and Arum wasn't willing to work on that fight

          So Floyd left and fought Baldomir and Delahoya in succession.

            You know why and you know what became of it but dont want to admit it.

            I sure hope in your life you dont negotiate anything on your behalf. Youll go in asking for raise and come with less pay and think it was victorious

            • people who say floyd is ducking anyone is quite pathetic.

              in this day and age when some one doesnt fight who you want them to fight when you want it. every one automatically calls it a duck job. when in fact the business of boxing and peoples demands make people not get the fight done. Throw in there promoters and now you have another problem.

                actually isn't that what floyd did? he wanted 20 mill to fight hoya when he was with top rank but then after he left he happily accepted 10 mill to fight him. what happened floyd? super tough demands when a margarito fight was part of the deal but when margarito isn't in the picture ah just give me half of what i wanted.

                    I'm agreeing with you that Mayweather should have fought Margarito.

                      So what's the reason for fighting Judah instead of him?

                      Mayweather didn't have to sign an extension if he fought Margarito either.
