Came to say this, except maybe Holmes was only the best HW jab? What about the other weights? Going to be hard to narrow 'best jab' to one fighter with the 100+ years of boxing plus all the weight classes.
The fighter I've seen put a jab on pretty much anybody he wanted at will was Pernell Whitaker. He would wipe the smiles off of his opponents faces on the reg.
