Our point is Canelo is ducking Lara and Mickey is lying about Gambia and is docking too. Forget about the history and come to the present.

Do not think that Canelo its avoiding Lara, he is just ignoring him, just not interested, Lara is not a$ interesting a$ Cotto or Martinez, why risk a huge pay day to fight a nobody with boxing skills.

The Mickey ducking is explaining also in the video posted. If you know Spanish you will see Gambia is accepting the fight with the purse offered, so if Mickey reject to fight he is the only responsible.
With Canelo he has fought Trout, Angulo and not Lara. You are assuming Lara's fight won't produce money and for me this is worng. Will get a lot of money and expectation if they sell it accordingly. Now Canelo will be waiting so long for the winner of Cotto - Canelo winner and then set the fight. He said he want 4 fights in the year. Why not make the Lara's fight as a second and Cotto-Martinez winner as a third?. For me there is no excuse, he is willing to fight everybody except Lara and this is ducking

Gamboa always struck me as a well-spoken guy. This video confirmed that impression. Also, there it is, Yuri proclaimed on the program that he would accept a purse of 500k. Where are you, Mikey?

On a side note, Gamboa says he would be interested in fighting Danny Garcia at 140.

Funny thing is, Gamboa didn't deny it, all he said is that he knows what he worth.

If you say so, but I haven't seen anything confirming that statement. Also, Steve Kim is saying that the Garcia's aren't happy with HBO's offer. That doesn't sound like they're offering enough for Gamboa to be asking for a $1.5 million cut. On top of that, the ESPN "A Los Golpes" video recently posted shows Yuri, in the presence of JCC and two other hosts, proclaiming that he'll fight Mikey for 500,000.

I want to see Garcia make a real reply to all this. Either Gamboa is lying his ass off, or Mikey is looking for an out.

If you guys follow Steve Kim he said that the information he got from his inside sources was that mikey was very upset about the money he was getting And that his team was very frustrated that hbo only wants Gamboa. Gamboa said he would fight for 500 k problem is mikey doesn't want it . And yeah bob arum said today the fight is dead.
