fck minnie mouse
but then again your Minnie Mouse is ducking GamboaFunny how people take Gamboa's tweets like it's God's truth. Based on Gamboa's history nothing coming from his camp is credible. I just hope the fight gets done. I'll be rooting for Garcia, but truthfully both Garcia and Gamboa get on my damn nerves. I'd love to see Takashi Uchiyama beat the f**k out of Garcia.

Mickey mouse is ducking Gamboa as well as Cinderella is ducking Lara because he is a business man and in a couple of months Santa Clauus will be ducking Rigo when we is free of arum. Too many coincidences to say Mexicans champions are ducking Cubans jajaComment

Yup we all know Mexicans arent true champions they duck the ones that they know will whoop their buttComment

Some people, including Cubans here, said we Cubans most say these true about the protected fighters Canelo and Mickey nicely of without bias. I think we should say just like it is, the truth, like people in the press conference said to Canela when he asked who wanted to see the fight. I'm in front of a computer all day, so whenever I read a post about Canelo or Mickey or Santa Cruz I'll say what I think. They are duckers avoiding Cubans because they are afraid. The only one is free of this is Santa Cruz because still Rigo is under Arum, but I won't be surprise if I see the same attitude against Rigo once Rigo is free of arum ducking with excuses and nonsenses comments. LEt's see good fights and the best should be win, no the protected fighters picking suitable fights. I'll repeat this truth on every forum until I see the real fights.Comment

Without having access to the negotiation, the boxing public is at the mercy of whoever wants to comment on it. We have very smart people arguing for their client from behind the scenes, but we generally get details of the negotiation from fighters and trainers. The problem we face is that the people behind the scenes usually do not want to comment in an interview or public forum because it could be detrimental to their client.
Mikey Garcia's 50% figure is interesting. If Mikey was getting $1 million, then Gamboa was asking for $1.5 million. If Garcia was to make $500,000, then Gamboa was asking for $750,000. Personally, those figures were not outrageous and it doesn't seem like Gamboa was pricing himself out. It seemed like his manager was trying to get his client the best deal possible. What I want to know is why has Garcia commented so much on the negotiation? It's starting to seem like Garcia may have some wishful thinking. I could be completely wrong though and Garcia could be genuinely conveying what he knows of the negotiation to the best of his ability. I find Mikey Garcia impossible to dislike. The man is an exceptional fighter.
Although I am a fan of both fighters (I am partial to Gamboa but Garcia is also very entertaining), I don't think Gamboa deserves 50% more than Garcia.
Off Topic:
I'm still trying to figure out how to adequately comment on this forum because there are some previous posts that I completely agree with.
Man, who is pumped for Danny Garcia this weekend?!! Imho, Garcia is most deserving of a Mayweather fight. Mayweather vs. Garcia. It looks good on my imaginary banner haha. Can you guys(and ladies) imagine how awesome the pre-fight hype would be with Danny's father in the mix? I'd buy that fight on HD.Comment

Whats wrong with Maravilla Martines/cotto? (sinse Martinez will bec victorious after the fight)I wasn't crazy about the way Lara looked myself, but, like you said, at least he confronted Alvarez face-to-face. And, while Canelo's response was funny enough to make even Landy laugh, the truth is that any serious boxing fan would like to see that fight. Once again, as you say, if Saul fights guys like Kirkland or GGG next, nothing can be said. But, if Alvarez chooses anyone else but Lara at 154, he needs to take some heat. He already fought Floyd and Molina is in jail. Who else?
Canelo vs either one of them would be huge! betsides wasen't people arround here saying Canelo was ducking Sergio a year ago?Comment
