Rigo is EASILY top 3 p4p. The point of p4p isn't your resume, or your achievements, but a theoretical guess who is the best in the world at moment, skill wise, most dominant, and in this case, if one were being honest, Rigo is number 1 p4p. Rigo is at his peak, FLoyd isn't.

Rigo schooling Donaire, would be like Floyd schooling GGG, actually its more far more impressive than that hypothetical. Rigos win over Donaire, and its manner, is still more impressive than any single victory Floyd has had.

The problem with Bradley is that he really lost to Pacquiao. He's not a real unbeaten fighter and being how on paper he is, he's ranked that high.

I don't even take that into consideration and still think he's top 4. Everyone else that would be in that spot lost, and he did beat Marquez, who was top 3 or 4 himself. It's a weird ranking situation between Bradley, Pacquiao, and Marquez, but I think Bradley belongs at the top of that trio for the moment. That could obviously change in a couple months.

Despite beating Khan AND Lucas, I don't even consider Garcia top 10, at all.

Khan slept on Garcia, and paid the price. We all slept on him, didn't realise the fantastic chin on him. Garcia just looked so ordinary against Morales that it was easy to sleep on him. Some people feel Khan threw that fight away and that he should've stuck to outboxing him.

And the general feeling is, he got lucky against Lucas. The punch that closed Lucas' eye was a little glance blow, that's all. I think Lucas gets him if they had a rematch, which, of course will never happen.

When you take this into context, especially the Lucas fight, you can't help but give Garcia less credit, and lets not forget Theophane already beat Garcia, outboxed him easily.

I think Garcia is ripe to be plucked, by the right opponent, especially at 147.
