Yeah I know that Lara guy
Trout was depressed like Hatton after Canelo gave him his first 0 and knockdown.

    Canelo comprehensively beat Trout.

        So?

Look how easily Lara dealt with Trout as opposed to Canelo.

Anyone who uses triangle theories to validate a point clearly doesn't understand boxing. You've got a lot of learning to do my friend.

I suggest you start off by checking out a game called rock-paper-scissors.

1 - The Angulo fight demonstrated and put on display the ideal opponent for Canelo. An opponent who doesn't mind catching quite a few headshots in order to give a few back. And more importantly, an opponent that isn't mobile. If Lara was a come forward standard brawler, then yes, Canelo will make easy work of him.

2 - Lara will force Canelo to move and box his way to a victory, which makes the fight a lot more difficult because Canelo is primarily a flat-footed fighter. And Canelo's power is diminished whenever he has to constantly reset.

3 - Floyd gave everyone the blueprint (if there is such a thing!) on how to beat Canelo. You must move to keep him on his toes and you must give Canelo constant angles. As long as Canelo cannot set down on his punches, it takes his main weapon away (His power punches).

I would go out on a limb and predict that Lara gives Canelo his best test. And may have him in trouble during the fight, because Lara can ****. If Canelo starts to get frustrated because Lara is moving and tagging him, then I would definitely lean towards Lara for the win (outside of Texas, of course)

Canelo, seems to have the mindset, that his opponents should stand in front of him and take a beating -- When they don't, he's out of his element.
          Beautiful post man.

No. Lara. The guy that was put on ***** street twice against Angulo and was losing on the scorecards prior to angulos eye blowing up. The fact that he was even losing to a fighter like angulo speaks volumes.

Why is it so hard for Golden Boy to make Canelo-Lara???

Lara has fought a million eliminators, why can't he get a shot at Canelo?I'm starting to think that if your a Cuban fighter your pretty much blackballed in professional Boxing. As boxing fans lets not forget that these Cuban fighters risk their lives to get here to the US, once they got here they wanted to show the world their skills.

All of these Canelo fans don't want to accept the fact that Canelo and his team want to part of Landy so now their only way of discrediting Lara is that he's boring? He's Cuban so most likely he's a commie? He doesn't sell? WTF those are lame excuses.

Angulo that fought Lara > Angulo that fought Canelo.

Not to mention Angulo didn't abide to the rehydration clause against Lara and Landy did.

Only Thing I've ever seen Canelo slaughter was the legitimacy of the term 'Game plan', when he decided to try and beat Floyd to the punch for 12 rounds.
