I think Floyd has grown tired of the Big Bruh/Lil Bruh routine and this is his way of cutting Broner off. I can now see Broner as a future opponent for Floyd if he gets back to winning. Clearly Floyd doesnt give two shxts about him if he took his opponent/payday from him. If u are close to someone then u dont air the contents of personal conversations etc. Basically Floyd is quoted here as saying, I tried to tell the lil hard headed azz fuxker but u cant tell him anything. So basicall Floyd had to intervene and keep Broner from getting another beating and cashing in on the fruits of said beating.

Floyd did Broner a favor by taking Maidana away from him. If a rematch actually happened, Maidana would most likely win AGAIN. And that would be disastrous to Broner's career. It's a really bad idea and too soon.

And Floyd has spoken about Broner in the past, it's nothing new. After he fought Paulie, Floyd said publicly that Broner has A LOT to learn, that he was very flat-footed, etc.

Show me a quote where Floyd admitted that he cherry-picks.Taking Floyd words out of context don`t count as Floyd saying that he cherry picks.And Calzage`s own former promoter admitted something we already knew,that Calzage would fake injuries just to get out of fighting dangerous opponents he already signed to fight.That`s why most of the time he would not reschedule the fight after his so-called injury.
