I don't see the fuss about this.

Only delusional Khan ****** are upset. Everybody else knows Maidana is a much better opponent with much better wins and much better performances in recent fights.

He's also a current world champion.

Maidana deserved the fight more than Khan.

Not to mention the other unofficial polls had a lot more voters than the official poll did.

Mayweather made the right choice. Maidana is toast on fight night, but he's a better choice right now than Khan's undeserving ass.

I'm glad this was explained and I figured that was the case. The right fighter got the fight and if Khan gets a big win soon, the public would better accept him as potentially Floyd's opponent. I'd rather see Khan vs Thurman, winner gets the big sweepstake prize.

Maidana EARNED the fight. Khan did nothing but let his ego make himself think he's special. Khan can't take a punch. Simple as that. He knows it too. That's why he was so butthurt he didn't get his Mayweather payday. He knows he won't last much longer in the sport. Doesn't matter if Maidana gets blown out. He earned the fight. Used to like Khan too. He needs to stop being a little ****y English fancy boy.

Look at all the posts above. Blind followers, just because Mayweather and Ellerbe say it you take it. I admit Maidana did deserve it Khan don't deserve shi atm, But when you give a man your word you stick to it.

Khan needs a quality win over someone like Thurman to get a Mayweather fight. Clearly the safety first policy of being inactive and fighting the likes of Molina and Diaz is not going to get a Mayweather fight.

I though they was going by Mayweather poll, not no one else.
