And that's what Lara should have actually done to garner more attention IMO. Canelo just brushed him off like a peasant, Lara should have gone up and tried to get a heated reaction from Canelo.
Exactly why he shouldn't gone up there... Cause that's how he looked......

I understand Lara is trying to get his but man, that was embarassing! Lara was straddling the line. He wasn't sure if he wanted to be rude or polite. You have to be commanding to pull off something like this but he was too modest and got sonned lol. Good for Canelo. He handled it well.

Lara issued the challenge publicly so everyone knows if Canelo doesn't take it is a duck.

Lara is actually very classy, similar to Golovkin. All he wants is to fight the best.

Approaching the podium was probably Lara's last straw in attempting to convince a coward to fight him..

That ain't begging ... Some of you newbies don't know it but this kind of stuff happened all the time back in the day.

Lara may have gotten owned by a few well placed lines, but I applaud any fighter that would have to balls to go up to Canelo after that kind of performance and challenge him.

IMHO, we need more fighters like Lara willing to do whatever it takes to challenge a fighter on a higher level.

That the kind of balls few keyboard warriors will ever grasp.

Contract signing would be on RAW. Canelo flips the table after signing and all Alvarez bros jump Lara. So atleast Ricardo can say he beat a champ.

                As a matter of fact:

Sadly "thug" is also used often as a racist statement normally referring to African Americans and other ********** living in the city.

Lara Challeged Canelo publicly so the world knows he wants the fight, if Canelo ducks him it will look pretty bad.
