    Canelo by stoppage?

I seriously believe Angulo is going to get hurt because Canelo throws some hard bombs and he is the better skilled fighter. He has the technical ability to outbox Angulo and If Angulo gets frustrated and starts leaving himself open, he is going to get hurt and it might force his corner or the ref to step in.

Canelo's power is so overrated! I've seen absolutely nothing to suggest this guys a particularly big puncher.

He has decent power but that is about it.

Agreed. His illusion of power comes from him being so much bigger than some of his opposition.

You don't need Tommy Hearns like punching power in order to stop somebody.

Alvarez might not be the puncher he's made out to be by certain individuals in the media, but he's certainly no pushover, either. Power aside, he throws some seriously wicked combinations and often rips the body very well within those combos.

I can see a scenario wherein Alvarez shocks a lot of people and shows off his meaner demeanor and punishes Angulo over and over again with combinations.

His so called wicked combinations were vs smaller guys where he knew he couldn't be hurt. How will he react when he gets tagged by Angulo? Where were his wicked combinations vs Trout?

I think Canelo wins this by UD. The only way he stops him is if Angulo gets reckless and goes head hunting after he knows he can't win by decision. That could open him up for Canelo to stop him by volume. Outside of that I think Canelo wins a comfortable decision.

Trouts crafty, he doesn't allow himself to be tagged with "wicked combos." He's a counter puncher. You beat Trout by pitter pattering him to death like your idol (Lara) did.

Whilst I would agree with this.I just don't think Canelo has the workrate to keep putting together combos or the countering skills to catch Perro with something out of the blue. The body though as you say is where it could happen maybe i'm reading too much into it but Perro looked very sluggish at the weigh in yesterday along side physically looking drained but he kinda always has that look.

He didn't have to throw many combinations against Trout because Trout didn't force him to. He let Canelo fight his type of fight, which is to box comfortably from the outside and only occasionally step inside to rip some combos before getting back out of range and repeating.

Alvarez outboxed Trout because Trout let him.

Why go toe-to-toe with a guy that you can comfortably beat with your boxing skills?

If you come straight at Canelo with no defense, you're probably going to get hurt.
