Canelo's punching power is very overrated in my book. I can't see him stopping Angulo.

Well if all things being equal, this could turn out like Soto Karras/Berto, Miadanna/Broner, or Margarito/Cotto I.
Really like the "Dog" to shine, and really expose the "***el in GBP's crown".
Angulo's relentless pressure will crack this kid.
Not only that, but the fact that he had ex-champ's in his camp to school him for this fight will help, not hurt his chances!

i will also enjoy if angulo wins. Angulo is not protected. He had to make his path in the right way, with his gloves. The only issue is i wont buy this manipulsted fight. Ill rather see a movir and save my money to pay real fights.

As a Mexican American I want to see both fighters shine but as a boxing fan I see canelo as very skilled and talented for his age but yes he's protected and privelidged. I'm routing for the hungry underdog. Let's go Angulo.

This looks like a great fight but I can see Canelo outboxing and hurting Angulo. The first 6 rounds Angulo is going to be a lively dog but after Canelo will take over and might get a stoppage.

This GB is really disgusting in how they manipulate the fights, the ring etc. I just saw a Mares interview and he said the ring for Canelo is bigger than the ring angulo had for Lara. Lara said that too and also the ring was soft to slower him. Now the opposite. Is unacceptable how promoters manipulate fights, pick fighters more suitable in their calculation for some fighters, protect them and make grow their numbers of winning doing those things. I want the best fights without manipulations. I was mad with Angulo due to his talking after his loose with lara, but definitely he has moving for an unprotected path, making his carreer only fighting without cherry pickers. He truly deserves the win over Canelo and I hope he can overcome the manipulation of GB

Saying the ring size is bigger then the Lara fight is misleading because for the Lara fight as you said the ring size was smaller. Is the ring this time regulation size or larger then normal?

Every sport has homefield advantage, it really doesn't matter how they try to manipulate fights to me, as long as they don't mess with the judges. I think everything else is minor and underdogs can adjust to those circumstances but when the scorecards have been decided before the fight even starts that's a problem.

The ring will be big which favors the star fighter it's been that way forever the top bill gets his preferred accommodations not sure how that's really unfair if Canelo weren't the draw he is Angulo wouldn't be getting the check he is so.

The Lara/Angulo ring size question should be noted that wasn't the main event so maybe that's why the size of the ring was smaller it suited the needs of the Main Event.

Exactly. Welcome to the world. You have known the truth. The ring size for Angulo-Lara was smaller to help Angulo catch him easily. Also the floor was soft to slower Lara. Now between Canelo-Angulo all of this advantages for Angulo has gone and the size is big to help Canelo movements witch he need it to avoid Angulo's power. They use everything to help the protected and loved one, Canelo. Also they are avoiding the winners like Lara to help him increase his winning record. How marvelous!!!
