people will alway look twords the gloves as the reason he lost. i dont think they played a part i think morales when in in the second fight shot and pacman went in there looking his best. if pacman can do that much damage what is another 2 pounds its not like they weighed in at that limit in actuall fight night

you got a point there, but two pounds is still an advantage for erik no matter what coz arum would not ask for it in the first place if it isn't. i think pac can handle erik even at 132 lbs basing on his performance in the second fight.

however i think it isn't the weight that matters to pac but the word of honor erik gave to him. he feels that erik reneging on his promise is a disrespect to him.

i live and grew up in the philippines and there asking for an advantage or "plus" from an opponent is very disgraceful. any match or any contest must be played in equal footing. it should be fair at any rate, or the person who gets an advantage will not get the honor he wants. for filipinos, this is equivalent to cheating.

My only hope is to see another fight of pac and I don't care who his opponent is. If he wins then GOOD. If he loses then also GOOD. What I'm sure of is that he will give us another electrifying performance and it is all that matters!!!

I don't think it is a lose lose situation for PAC. Besides PAC doesn't need EM now, he has MAB, JMM, and other fighters to go to.

If EM is showing his true colors of not being a warrior by trying to change a contract which is already signed and sworn to, then PAC has no obligation to fight him.

Just remember, when PAC was made to wear winning gloves, he complied. The rematch clause is set at 130, all EM has to do is comply with it and yet he doesn't.

I think that's a very lame move by EM and his camp.

Also here in our country, a bigger guy asking a smaller guy for more advantage is seen as a sign of a ****** and a chicken. No offense meant but I don't know how they see things there at Mexico.

Here in our country, to ask a smaller guy for more advantage is simple lame.

Im sorry but i think Morales camp's idea of 132lbs is so ******.

              1. Morales best KO victories is @ 122lbs

              2. Over 130 lbs is not the best weight for Erik Morales. (See Raheem fight 4 proof )

              3. Erik cant make 130???? WHY????
              a) He's not training properly?
              b) He's eating too much?
              c) he's drinking too much?
              d) @age 29 he's still growing?

*** Not fighting for alphabet belts are cool, but fighting @132 ??

              130 SuperFeatheweight
              135 Lightweight

IF they fight @ 132 to which will we compare the fight?

Manny just use this tactic to have a bigger share of money.

maybe 60-40 in $5 mil HBO/Showtime could offer.

whats it like to ask a bigger man to starve himself to make a weight witch for one reason or another the guy cant make. maybe morales frame changed when he went up. ive heard pacman walks around at 150 is there any true to this? if there is dont you think hecan work himself down to 132 and seeing that the night of the fight he bulks up at least 3 or 4 pounds?
