Manny Pacquiao insisted on Monday morning that he is not fighting Erik Morales on Sept. 16 at 132 lbs. "You can write this down. I won't fight at 132 lbs. There's going to be a fight if they agree at 130 lbs," Pacquiao told this writer as he was having a break during a business meeting. Reports that the fight is already a done deal circulated the past few days with Team Morales looking forward to the rubber match at the Sam Boyd Football Stadium in Las Vegas. Pacquiao is expected to brief by his US handlers later in the week as he is set to arrive in Los Angeles on Thursday night via Philippine Airlines in time for Saturday night's title fight between Brian Viloria and Jose Antonio Aguirre at the Aladdin Resort and Casino also in Las Vegas. Pacquiao will do the boxing commentary for the Philippine broadcast made possible by Solar Sports.

This news just confirms that what Arum, Finkel & company have been saying is not true! Pac knows he has the last word on the rubber match.
