Thank you! Agreed. Lara fight needs to happen eventually but if there is better fights out such as Cotto or Martinez then go for it. No one is ducking Lara he just fought the best fighter in the world and looked horrible. There's nothing wrong with fighting Angulo to get back on track. This is a tough fight and a exciting one. People wanna see Canelo and Lara but won't pay to see it. That is why that fight isn't happening at this moment.

Haven't read one comment. But before this one is over. There will be about 30 pages of "Martinez is ducking GGG" and "Canelo is ducking Lara" posts. When every semi-logical poster has been saying that Ginger will be going after the Martinez-Cotto winner. Which is why GGG needs to be looking at options at 68, which he is. And why Lara probably should consider a guy like Quillen or even a Thurman. Or, try and find a way to do the fight with GGG.

This Canelo and the promoters are a joke. He wants to fight then the grandpa's Martinez or Cotto and not Lara. This guy will go down in the near future because he is a coward. I have not respect at all for him. The only interest for Lara to fight him is because GB only pay for his fights and make promotions for those fights. I'm sure Lara beat him easely.

Allow me to inform you that the world doesn't revolve around Lara. And fighting Martinez, especially at MW, would be an even gutsier move from Canelo than fighting Lara, so the ducking accusation is laughable.

For those of you that think GB is rooting for Cotto your dead wrong. If Martinez comes out and blows Cotto away lets say, Martinez vs Canelo would be HUGE.

I think bigger because people think higher of Martinez at his best than they do Cotto at his best.

Either fight would be big, and it's a win/win situation to be honest.
