    Paul Spadafora

Suffered his 1st loss @ 38 years of age in Dec. 2013

Where would you rate him (if you rate him at all)

Some say he had the recipe for Floyd Mayweather, there is a sparring video (to be taken with a grain of salt) that shows Spadafora getting the better of Mayweather.

Thoughts on him as a boxer, where he ranks, what the possible out come would have been if he fought Mayweather?

spadafora was a ESPN level fighter with a padded record, mayweather would have embarrased if they fought in the pro ranks. that 1 min sparring video doesnt do him any justice

The video I saw was an entire 3-5 rounds (way longer than 1 minute.)

Although nothing stood out as over dominant. They both held their own.

      Appreciate the feedback.

Spadafora was a solid guy, not a lot of notable wins. Wouldn't have come close to beating Mayweather if they did it for real.

he was a beast. mayweather ducked him like the plague because of the severe beating he received in sparring that had him on the canvas in pain. another chapter in floyd's "i duck any good southpaw" story. fraud.

Definition of padded. He was struggling with club fighters and expecting a Mayweather fight.

Spada was better than anyone wants to give him credit for, he wasn't fast, wasn't strong, but technically he could really box.

I can't remember who it was against, but he fought a columbian or argentian up and comer, the guy fought just like Maidana.

spada was the underdog, and expected to get destroyed, and he boxed the living **** out of the guy. He was technically brilliant, he just didnt have any explosiveness at all. and he gets a lot of disrespect because he didn't fight a lot of guys. He was protected, but he didn't suck by any means.

Spada was an underdog in this fight.

Look at the way he changes angles, changes the distance, puts his combinations together and constantly keeps Cardona off balance, never lets him set his feet.

Spada may not give you highlights, but he sure could box. This is boxing 101 right here.

This. I'm not sure if he's real. He suffers from Chris John syndrome
